Payment is due at time of service. Service is directly withdrawn upon completion of job. We accept cash/check/debit/tap . Debit and credit payments are processed through Square in a link that will be sent too your email or through text link in an invoice.
payments made later than three days will be subject to an 18% service fee and suspended services until the account has been paid in full.
Tall turf grass is not only unsightly, it creates conditions to allow fungus and disease to spread in your lawn. We mow to a seasonal standard and maintain that height between services. Turf that is over 5 inches in height will accrue these charges. As it takes longer to bring your lawn back to shape.
All appointments are assumed confirmed after you book your mowing service. We send a notification every evening the day before the job, to cancel an appointment we need to hear from you that evening to re-arrange our schedule. Weather can change appointment dates. If we have a weather event the day of your appointment it may be re-scheduled, in most cases you can expect us the next day. Every visit is dependent on weather.
We understand things come up. In the event that you need to cancel an appointment we will require a 24 hour notice. Failure to notify us will result in a standard charge and future services will be suspended until payment is received.
Here at Murphy’s we love our pets too. We promise not to bring anything but our equipment to your lawn and leave nothing behind. Excessive animal waste can spread diseases to our other customers pets . A $35 fee will be applied towards your bill for cleaning and sanitization of our equipment per occurrence.
Rather than charging our customers the cost of providing a warranty and burying it in the price of the installation, we choose to make this optional to our customers.

Any customer may purchase our Standard
Warranty at the cost of 10% of the price of installation. With this, Murphys will provide the following coverage:
These items are installed with very shallow root systems and are HIGHLY dependent on proper watering early in their life. As such, Murphys does not fully warrant the cost to replace, however, we will re-plant these items at a one-time 50% discount.
Murphys will provide a full one-year warranty: For a period of one year after installation, Murphy’s will replace, free of charge, any tree or shrub that does not survive. This is good for a one-time replacement, is subject to proper care and watering, and does not cover "acts of God”.
Though we have an excellent success history with these items, Murphys does not offer a warranty replacement on these items.
If you are a "Full Maintenance Customer" with us, we will unconditionally warrant your new trees and shrubs for a period of Two years.
Perennials and groundcovers will also be warranted for a period of five years, but at a 50% discount.
A "Full Maintenance Customer" is someone who, from the day the plant material goes in the ground, utilizes our full slate of services to maintain their landscaping. This includes mowing, bed work, fertilization and weed control, shrub trimming and pruning, spring and fall cleanups, and mulching. This status must be maintained for the duration of the coverage period.
